Happy summer everyone. Thanks to those who submitted previous comments to the Rewind website and yes, they are now finally posted. Unfortunatley they were floating around in cyberspace somewhere and thanks to our website guru Steve, the lost is found. We really appreciate receiving comments and encourage everyone to continue to send them. On June 27th we played for the Edge Technologies client party held at the Calgary Pioneer Club. Thanks to the Kelman's and their staff, this was a first class event that included everything from a face painter to a caricature artist to an excellent BBQ followed by Rewind. A big thanks to all the folks that partied and danced the night away, and not even a carpeted floor could slow them down. We are happy to say we have been invited back for this event next year. July is a busy month for the band starting off with a stampede breakfast for the Sears employees. July 17th and 18th sees us at our favourite Calgary club, the Olive Grove in Midnapore, where great people and great food are guaranteed. On Sunday July 26th why not drive out to Black Diamond where we will be performing on main street from noon until 4:00 pm. This super old time Rock 'n Roll event is sponsored by Marv's Soda Shop and other merchants. While there, don't forget to stop by Marv's Classic Soda Shop for great burgers, milk shakes and other treats and memoralbilia that you would expect to find in a 50's soda shop.
