"REWIND" was formed when Lloyd Derry (keyboard/lead vocals) and his wife Velma (back up vocals) contacted their long time friends and musicians Roy Johnston (rhythm guitar/vocals) and Merlyn Clarkson (bass guitar/vocals)  whom they had played with in the late 60's.  Their old band "The Fascinations" and "Night Crowd" had toured extensively throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.  Merlyn contacted his friend and drummer from his former band "Renegade" Pete Potter who has been providing a steady exciting beat for many bands since 1972. "REWIND" was then thrilled with the addition of lead guitarist Terry Whitford.  Terry has generated an electrifying style of rock 'n roll/blues guitar and vocals for many of Alberta's top groups, live on stage and on TV, since the 1960's

With each band members love of music combined with the many years of experience "REWIND" is sure to be a hit with anyone who enjoys Rock 'n Roll music.
